We had a very lovely stay at this property, it was close to the beach, it was close to shops, and there was plenty for the whole family to do. Check in process was easy and property was as described.

Family beach getaway

The property was very clean and right on the beach. Easy walking to multiple restaurants. Loved having the available shovels and beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach getaway

We had a great week at the Surside condo. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and true to the pictures. Check-in was easy, and response to questions was quick. The location was great - right on Mission Beach with easy access to Belmont Park and downrown attractions. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful location

Im from seattlw, and i thought the location of my stay was on a great spot right in front of the beach, i could literwlly see the waves from the bed room! Local businesses and restraunts were minutes away by foot. If i could id be here every vacation

Love Mission Beach Boardwalk

Great location on the boardwalk. Great for people watching, beach walks and sunsets. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything is convenient. Our hosts were fabulous. Very responsive to our questions and requests. This place is repeat worthy.

Wish I could stay longer!

Ocean front property was amazing! Best location we’ve probably ever stayed at while visiting SD. Home has everything you need and a hot tub was a the icing on the cake. Room were clean and decorated very nice. Parking spot is a bit awkward to get in to but that’s just city/ beach living. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Property is on the beach. This unit is closer to the road so the view on the beach is a side view but you can see the beach. Unit and property was clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed this place. It was clean. Beds are pretty firm but too bad. The view from master bed to the ocean was great and leaving the doors in there open but screen closed felt great for some ocean breeze plus the sound of waves to fall asleep to was perfect!

So relaxing and fun!

This condo isn’t in the front of the property, but it has a great view of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. When we opened the front door, we had a great ocean breeze. The master bedroom is amazing! Excellent location to restaurants and Belmont park. :)

Fantastic family getaway, staying on the beach is a must!

The property was super clean and exactly as advertised. Being directly on the board walk was amazing! So nice to come in for a break from the beach and it only be steps away. The unit came with everything you needed. We were especially surprised and grateful there were two boogie boards for the kids to use and four beach chairs, and umbrella for the beach and even a volleyball and football! We would stay again and could not be more happy with the stay.

Amazing time on the beach

Enjoyed our classy spot few steps away from the sand clean and comfortable place. Nice fireplace, amazing hot tub. Great communication with the property manager will definitely come back. Said steam shower the steamer didn’t work but it actually got super steamy. Ended up being amazing close to so many things.

Overall the location was amazing! The property itself could use some TLC! Carpet and sofa has multiple stains. It was quite loud during the week due to construction right next store and behind the property! The location was perfect for ocean views and getting around on foot!

Amazing!!!!

We had a fabulous time at this property...ocean, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, amusement park all right out the front door!!! The condo was nicely appointed and had everything to make us feel right at home, the hosts were very attentive and checked in with us often!! The ocean view from the living room couch is impressive but the view from the master bedroom with the sliding glass wall is epic!! We had an unforgettable 10 days!!!

Dream location

My wife and I, along with our 17, 15 and 10 year old loved this place! The location could not be any better! The home itself was perfect for the 5 of us. The communication and caring from the owner/property managers was amazing! They were caring and attentive. We even asked for portable fans due to us liking overnight cold. When we arrived, there we 5 of them. I highly recommend this home and I think we will be back here again someday.

The beach view was absolutely prime. Better than pictured, especially the bedroom pic. They understate the view for sure. Kids could run out on the sand while I kept an eye on them from the balcony or shore level loungers. Beach does have mild undertow at certain times that would concern me for very small children, but it was not a problem for my light-weight 10 year old. Plus the lifeguards are very vigilant about conditions. The property itself was perfect. Everything as described, more kitchen utensils than expected, spotlessly clean, smelled good. Some of the dining chairs are a little worn but seriously, I'm stretching to think of something that wasn't ideal. Hot tub is Super hot (in a good way) and showers had hot water and good pressure (very valuable after the cold ocean!) Perfect for teens and big kids. I would say I wouldn't want to stay with toddlers as it would be hard to safety gate the doors- they are swinging or sliding glass and top of the stairs doesn't have a good way to block it off. But in that case, stay on the lower floor and you'll be fine. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice Stay

Check in and check out we’re very easy and the app helps keep things organized. Home is nice and location is great. Perfect for our family of 4. The home is nice and everything is well labeled making it easy to figure out. 4 star rating is due to the wear of the unit. It’s in a high tourist volume area and the home showed reasonable wear. Broken leg on a kitchen chair, master bed upholstery worn, many marks on walls (needs paint), etc. recognize it’s difficult to maintain everything in a new state with the heavy use this unit probably receives. Yet, 5 star is everything is near perfect. Everything was nice, but doesn’t meet 5 star criteria from my perspective. Too much wear throughout the unit. As a 4 star, I would consider staying there again. My family had a blast.
