The Space:

Welcome to your private Bay Park compound, offering the perfect combination of space, comfort, and flexibility for families and groups traveling together. This unique property includes a beautifully appointed three-bedroom home along with a separate private studio, giving everyone room to spread out while still enjoying time together. Please note that the front house is occupied by full time tenants.



The main home features a bright living room, comfortable dining area, breakfast nook, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Three inviting bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and a half bath with a walk-in shower, provide comfortable accommodations, while central air conditioning keeps the home enjoyable year-round.



Just steps away, the private studio offers an additional king bed, sleeper sofa, kitchenette, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, and walk-in closet, making it an ideal space for grandparents, another family, or guests looking for extra privacy.



Outside, you'll find a beautifully landscaped garden with mature trees, flowers, and comfortable seating areas that create a peaceful place to enjoy San Diego's beautiful weather. Please note that the garden and outdoor seating areas are shared.

Please note that the garden, outdoor seating areas, and cabana are shared outdoor spaces. Street parking is available directly in front of the property.

Other Things to Note:

-This is a strictly NO-PET property.

-The garden, outdoor seating areas, and cabana are shared. The other portion of the property is occupied by a quiet elderly couple and their caregiver. They keep to themselves, allowing guests to enjoy a peaceful and private stay.

-3-night minimum stay.

-No smoking.

-Primary renter must be 25 years or older unless traveling as a family.

-Street parking only.

-Events and parties are not permitted and are strictly enforced.

-Pack 'n Play and high chair available for rent ($25 each plus tax).

-As part of our verification process, guests will be asked to sign an additional rental agreement and verify their ID before arrival.
