  • Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay at The Sandy Retreat, a sun-drenched beach house nestled right on the golden shores of Mission Beach, San Diego. Start the morning with coffee on our front patio, enjoying the sound of the ocean and the refreshing salty air. Or take a beach chair just a few steps to the beach and enjoy the sand between your toes. Evenings are magic- you`re an easy walk to great restaurants and nightlife. This is the perfect place to enjoy all that SD has to offer.

    Included with your rental Vacation Rentals by Aaron provides FREE unlimited gear rentals from several local & friendly rental shops for everyone in your reservation. This gear includes bikes, surfboards, paddle boards, skateboards and much more. This is an amazing complimentary benefit during your stay. Just pick up your gear and hit the beach for endless fun on the boardwalk and waves.
    Important notes/house rules:
    -Quiet Hours: 10pm-6am (weekdays); 11pm-6am (weekends).
    -Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at our properties--being overly disruptive to neighbors will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of any monies paid (including your refundable deposit).
    - There is no smoking permitted at any of properties.

This little house was amazing! Fully equipped & well stocked. It was very clean & the beds are comfortable. Located one minute from the beach, walking distance to belmont park & has a parking spot, our family vacation was perfect. We had loads of fun. We will definitely look into staying here again real soon.
