  • Walk to the beach from this cozy 3-bedroom 3-bath townhome! Less than 5 minute walk to the bay, and a 10 minute walk to the beach, grocery store, and lots of restaurants. Professionally cleaned. Fast WiFi (500 Mbps). Equipped with mini-splits in each bedroom and the living room for excellent A/C and heating throughout the home. Free private parking spot behind the building. Street parking is free and first come first served. Well equipped kitchen.

    No smoking or vaping in the house or on the balconies. Doing so will result in a $200 fine, the rest of your stay will be cancelled with no refund, and you will be charged the actual cleaning costs.

    No pets are allowed. Bringing a pet will result in a $200 fine, the rest of your stay will be cancelled with no refund, and you will be charged the actual cleaning costs which include removing dander and other remnants to keep this property habitable for those with pet allergies.
