When I arrived at the property I was grateful for early check in but was given a room that smelled like a whole pack of cigarettes and marijuana and I was with toddlers. So I requested a new room and was given a room with absolutely no toiletries. No shampoo, shower gel or conditioner. I called down and requested some and waited over 3.5 here before I was given bar soap and then another 1.5 hrs before what I requested. The shower was broken and water filled the tub and the beds had stains on sheets. Was overall disappointed and would like someone to fix this!

Short stay. Great place for families! As far as San Diego hotels/resorts it’s on the not so old and moldy side. The walls were pretty thin could hear our neighbors clearly but other than that, great experience! And customer service at the front desk was amazing!

Beautiful resort. Lots to do, unfortunately the weather wasn't really warm enough to enjoy the amenities. However, there are lots of beautiful seating to sit outside and enjoy the evening with fire pit tables, but if you're already paying a resort fee, you should be able to take your own drinks or snacks out there! However there was signs EVERYWHERE saying no outside food or beverage allowed. So they want you to pay a resort fee and make you buy over priced drinks from their bar.

didn't experience the pool but looked great for the family and especially for the kids. they have a regular pool along with a 1ft kids pool and a water slide. many outside facilities and restaurants.
