When you enter through the home’s double front doors, you’ll find a living room with soaring ceilings, comfy leather sectional sofa, 55” smart TV, and a dining table that seats six. The first floor also includes a beautiful modern eat-in kitchen with high-end appliances, an oversized pantry, adjacent game room w/ pool table, bistro seating, wet bar, 2 fireplaces, and a futon that extends into a full bed. Bedroom #1 is also on this level with dual queen beds and Smart TV. You’ll also find a full bath with walk-in shower, laundry room, and full gym in the garage!
French-style sliding doors off the game room conveniently lead to the gorgeous outdoor living area where a large pool and spa take center stage. While your guests and kiddos are chilling in the pool, you can grill up tonight’s big banquet in the outdoor kitchen and serve alfresco at the dining table for six. Drinks can be enjoyed in the conversation area with bar seating while you enjoy the view and peaceful Zen fountain with custom lighting.
Back inside, head up the open staircase where 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms await on the second floor. The primary suite is a true escape with a king bed, private balcony with golf course views, telescope for stargazing, and spa-like bathroom with a dual vanity sink and walk-in shower. There is a pet fee of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home.
There is an extra guest fee of $100 per night per guest, which applies after 7 guests.
Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
