Don’t stay here if you plan to sleep. The apartment is on the corner of one of the busiest, loudest, party corners in the district. The bars were PACKED, had loud music, karaoke, and the taco stand had a line out the door until 3:00 am with private security as crowd control. There were police sirens and drunk fights directly below our window. The WORST of it was that the owner of the listing directly LIED in their description stating that “quiet hours were strictly enforced at 10:00 pm in the city.” We stayed on a weekday and a weekend night, BOTH nights the parties in the street went on until 3:30 am. The owner CLEARLY is aware because they left EARPLUGS out in the bathroom for guests to use. Disgrace to lie about this in their listing. Not to mention, the bathroom sink was clogged and the towels were stained and dingy. We left a night earlier than we paid for because of the conditions. Look elsewhere.

Very fast responses from the host on a variety of small issues that were resolved easily. The unit was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. Exactly as photos show, and beds were very comfortable.Recommend highly. FYI, If master bedroom door is locked when you get there (accident by housekeeping I’m sure), lift up in the door and you can get it open.For those with small children, please know this is in nightlife area and evenings are noisy. Host left earplugs which we used appreciatively. Also, street parking is sporadic and difficult to find, recommend parking garage “Park it on Market” only a few blocks away.
