Please be aware that this is a unique San Diego 🌴 beach bungalow 🏖️ property with non-standard bedrooms 🛏️.

The main bedroom upstairs has the king size bed 👑🛏️ and a queen bed 👸🛏️ at the top of the stairs 🔝. The second bedroom is in the backyard 🌳 and has a pull-out couch 🛋️ with a lofted queen bed above 🛏️⬆️; however, the staircase is steep with no railing ⚠️🪜, so the loft is great for older kids 👦👧 but not ideal for young kids 🚫👶 or older adults 🚫👴👵.

The third king size bed 👑🛏️ is in the main living room space separated by curtains 🚪 to provide privacy 🤫.

If you are not comfortable with this setup, we totally understand 🙏 and you may want to book elsewhere 🙂.

Other things to note:

📌There is a water dispenser in the home, but it is NOT in use. The tap water is safe for drinking.
📌 IMPORTANT: Please be aware of the following scheduled services. If any of these occur during your stay, we apologize for any inconvenience:

Landscaping and Spa cleaning service every Thursday, between 12–3 PM

🛁 Hot Tub Care:
To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, please rinse your feet before entering the hot tub to prevent sand and debris from accumulating in the water. Sand can cause damage to the system and require extensive cleaning.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain the hot tub.

We strive to keep all amenities in perfect working condition 🛠️. However, sometimes unforeseen issues may arise ⚠️. While we will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly, we cannot guarantee the availability of all amenities during your stay 🏠. Please note that no refunds will be provided in these instances 💡

Pets are welcome! 🐾
We allow up to two pets 🐶, with a $60/pet fee per stay. This helps cover the cost of an extra deep clean to ensure the home is allergen-free for future guests.
