"Place is a bit hidden, located on a side street , however it’s charming, well kept, manicured landscaping and certainly above average. We booked an outstanding sort of beach cottage with an oversized private pool that made our stay very enjoyable, nevertheless the first night we experienced loss of hot water, no TV network and malfunction of the blow dryer. Owner promptly fixed the issues which was highly appreciated while we had a bit of inconvenience, especially for not being able to shower comfortably. Overall it’s worth a stay considering the large amount of fun amenities on site and a laid back vibe that brings a special summer atmosphere. Breakfast not to be rated # 1 in its category Choice was limited. That all been said, despite the high season rates once again I would check it out "

"Gorgeous place. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is that They should tell you it’s not accessible by public transportation. If i return (I might) I would rent a car to get there. Otherwise its train and then 75 euros for car service each way "

"Small but clean ocean front hotel at reasonable price. Stayed a Saturday night, lots of very loud people, parties, music fireworks and vehicles until 2am. Seems to be party-central for locals."

"They let us check in early and helped us get a 2 hour taxi when the trains went on strike. Everyone was great. Dinner starts later so be prepared for most restaurants to open at 8 pm"

"A very good hotel, rooms are not large but everything inside them is super modern and very comfortable. Nice pool, good food both for breakfast &dinner, spacious free parking inside. Reasonable prices. Very good service! Highly recommend "

"The Villa was beautiful. It has everything you need for a really relaxed comfortable stay, it is spacious and airy and the patio and pool area was perfect, the beds were really comfortable and the kitchen area had literally everything you could possibly need. We would really recommend it as a place to stay. Paola, the lady letting us in and showing us around the villa was really lovely, and we got by despite my hopeless attempts to speak Italian!. The area of San Felice Circeo was really pretty quiet during our stay, but I think this was because it was May, the start of the season. Our only criticism of the area is that the coastline, apart from a couple of very small areas, is almost entirely inaccessible unless you pay for it…. it’s hard to even see the coastline unless you have paid for entry to a private beach bar and sunbeds. I don’t mind paying for sunbeds, but the way each business is set up one next to the other, with beach hats and bars in the way of the view, it has left the coastline so closed off, that it does unfortunately affect the beauty of the place. "

"A very nice hotel in a great location in the heart of Sperlonga, the hotel being right on the beach. Sun loungers and parasols on the adjacent beach are included in the hotel price as is parking in the secured car park. All staff very pleasant and friendly."
