50 Steps to Sandy Beach! Relax at this Seaside Getaway close to downtown.

  • You will love this quiet location overlooking the Bay of San Felipe. Three decks to enjoy: the lower level for your garden, mid deck for your morning coffee and the upper deck to dine alfresco enjoying the views and privacy. After exploring the area, you'll relax inside with comfortable furniture and wi-fi for your favorite shows. The kitchen has all the equipment to make yourself a memorable meal, plus a charcoal grill outside. If cooking is not on the menu, we can recommend our favorite restaurants for you.

    Always something to do, hiking, fishing, kayaking, hobie sailing, or just relaxing on the semi-private beach. Walk to town (only 10 minutes away) for tacos and entertainment on the Malecon.

    Retirement community with age restrictions of 18+
    two person maximum, no pets please.
