Condo 571 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath San Felipe Vacation Rental located in San Felipe's most prestigious resort — El Dorado Ranch — fully furnished with all the bells and whistles for the ultimate vacation experience.

The resort has 24/7 patrolled security for extra peace of mind. The single-floor design and two-car attached garage make unloading vacation bags and toys super easy. Families will love the close proximity between the two bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a large queen bed and an attached master bathroom with an independent shower, bathtub, his-and-her sinks, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds.

The location is very convenient — just a few minutes' walk to the tennis courts and swimming pool (which has free Wi-Fi plus a bar and grill). Our private beach is also just a short walk away. San Felipe's only 18-hole golf course is located in the resort. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free). Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. No BBQ at the condos — a designated BBQ area is a 10-minute walk away, or use the Pavilion restaurant's BBQ service.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Off-road vehicles are not permitted in La Ventana del Mar (other options available). Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
