A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

Resort only gives 4 adult pool passes
Children under 12 do not need a pool pass.
Beds can sleep 4 guests
Optionally, guest may bring an airbed to accommodate 2 more guests.   
Off-road vehicles not permitted. 

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

Monthly  Rentals:  Utilities Extra (Electricity, Water, Internet and Propane)

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  
- BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos. It is about a 5 minute walk to the BBQ area
