About this property

La Hacienda Condo 18

  • La Hacienda Condo 18 is a furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom San Felipe Vacation Rental nestled in San Felipe's La Hacienda community.

    Featuring two floors with a bedroom on each level, there are three beds — one queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom — comfortably sleeping 4 to 6 guests (air bed welcome for additional comfort).

    The living room has comfortable seating, and the kitchen has all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals, including pots, pans, plates, and silverware. This condo is one of 20 vacation rental condos built around a large swimming pool (no pool access October 15-March 31). Surrounding the pool area are lots of trees, ideal for picnics and relaxation.

    A large BBQ grill is provided close to the pool. The beach is just a short walk away. The community entrance requires a special access card — 2 cards are provided with a $50 refundable deposit per card. Towels are not included — please bring all needed towels.

    Monthly rentals available with utilities extra. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
