- Villa-Reyes-PdP is a stunning beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located on the 6th floor of Playa del Paraiso, a five-star resort with exclusive guest amenities. This 1,550 square foot home features luxury furniture, high-end fixtures, and incredible ocean views. The gourmet kitchen has custom oak cabinets, granite countertops, high-end appliances, a snack bar, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room has plush couches, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a sliding glass door to a private balcony with unobstructed beach and mountain views. The master bedroom has a king bed, balcony access, flat-screen TV, and a spa bathroom with a dual sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and balcony access. Resort amenities include an infinity edge pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Nearby activities include ATV rentals, sailing, fishing, jet-skiing, El Malecon, and Baja Mar Restaurant. Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
