San Felipe Ultra Deluxe Elegance with Spectacular Sea Views

As you walk-in the door, the high ceilings will wow you. The lower level of this split-level rental condo boasts a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. From the eclectic living room, make your way to the patio with plenty of seating and a BBQ. One guest room with queen bed and private bath is easily accessible from the living room.

The master bedroom and a guest room are on the upper level. The master bedroom features a generous size bedroom and bath plus walk-in closet. There are double doors in the master bedroom which, open up to a patio with beautiful views of the private beach and Sea of Cortez. The guest room on the upper level features two twin beds and a private bathroom.

This home is a fantastic get-a-way for a small family or friends who want to relax and enjoy the warmth of the Sea of Cortez. The interior is brand new and beautifully decorated with a great Spanish feel.

This vacation accommodation can be reserved online 24x7, you simply enter your dates to check availability, acknowledge the rental policy terms and conditions, enter your payment information and you are done. Should receive an email confirmation within minutes.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card. 

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.
Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.

MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Unfortunately, due to repeated violations of off road vehicle rules in La Ventana del Mar section of El Dorado Ranch,  with the exception of Baja 250 participans, off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles and want to stay in El Dorado Ranch, please consider our El Dorado Ranch mountain side homes were ATVs are welcome.
