"Stayed here for 1 week. It was the perfect location as it was close to food outlets as well as supermarkets. The property itself was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here again."

"Upon arrival to the home on day one, the owner was very attentive and responsive. I got into the property return , no problem. We communicated very well. There was an a/c leaking in one of the bedrooms and water was all over the floor. I called the owner to let him know & he stated that someone was coming to clean the floor of said bedroom. After waiting since 11am, I was being led on numerous times that someone was coming & no one ever came. We just cleaned it ourselves. The owner was made aware of this too. As the days went on the owner became very less responsive to calls & texts regarding no toilet paper stocked, paper towels or garbage bags. The home was very modern and decent to stay but the unresponsiveness of the owner has led me to write this review. "

Easy Access TO keys...Myself and guests visiting from USA All very much enjoyed our stay..Being born in Trinidad and there when the Gulf City Mall was 1st built brought baaack Great Memories..We WALKED To the Mall..It Was Fantastic..Will Highly recommend and also USE again!!! PRIME Spot!"

"The manager was very helpful and responsive. The house was big and accommodated my big family. It had all the essentials such as towels and pots and pans. I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by. "
