"Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. "

"Staff were polite, helpful. Room was to our satisfaction, clean and big. Shower caps should be provided. Thanks. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort, It has met our expectations. We will come back."
