Room was clean. Got there much later than expected and forgot to call but the guy at the desk was still able to get us squared away. Breakfast buffet isn't free but was quite delicious.

We were at the property only for overnight. Everything just perfectly worked out, airport shuttle, restaurant, small breakfast shop. the propryt was clean and conviniently located.

Airport shuttle very convenient. Room was very comfortable clean . Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant breakfast adequate. Overall a very good hotel.

The A/C in the room sounded like an old Chevy engine and my wife couldn’t sleep all night. Smoke detector or something was flashing like a strobe light too. There was a long black wirery hair in the shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable though.

The wind kept us awake most of the night! Very loud and howling. Sounded like a window wasn’t sealed properly! Only got a few hours sleep but we’ll survive. We won’t be back! Staff is very friendly and accommodating! I’m sure they would’ve changed our room if we would’ve asked!

Breakfast was great and staff was super friendly. Only thing our family had an issue with was the mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable. Definitely kept waking up thru the night.

The receptionist, Treasure, was really nice and professional. Because their Shuttle bus starts at 4:00 and my flight departed at 5:00 they even paid for my taxi to the airport. Really good service.

House keeping is a recording and they never call you back. Sink was plugged up, Heater/Aircon did not work. Needed extra blankets, never got them, nothing was ever fixed or even addressed

I didn’t like that I had to push the button for assistance entering and exiting the parking lot since my card never worked. This was very inconvenient in the rain since it takes a while for someone to answer.

Nice and quick shuttle from the airport. Eric checked us in and was very friendly and helped us with dining options and suggestions. Room was comfortable, clean, and yes maybe a bit dated but we were happy with our overnight stay. Would recommend.

Made a reservation for this hotel and after an 8 hour flight arrive at the property at 1am to be told my rooms were given away because they overbooked the property!! Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating !
