It was a good stay! The beds were nice and comfy plus the area around is open and quiet which I appreciated. Staff was nice as well, would stay again ! I guess the one thing I noticed was how small the bathroom are if you are with a group of people but it wasn’t an issue (didn’t ruin the stay for me) just personal preference.

We needed a hotel close to the airport just for one night . Hotels and Expedia stated that there’s in shuttle to and from the airport which is not true . Hotel is run down nasty . It doesn’t live up to expectations that were advertised.

Put us up in a nice room first, but the neighbor was very noisy. After multiple complaints they changed our room to a quieter one, but the toilet flush was not working there! We had to take a flight in 3hours so didn't bother to change to another room. My wife didn't get much sleep because of all these troubles. Unfortunately the main reason of choosing the hotel was the vicinity to the airport and to get a good night sleep. The latter did not happen.

The was only one thing I didn’t like one of the lady's at front desk talked me that my logsgeatthelobby i have to pick it up no later than 6.00 pm ifnot i will no have access to it and my fly was at 12.15 am so you can imagine all i was planning got changed

Good for a stay when you need to be near SFO, but the Uber cost to get there/back is off the wall ($35 each way) Staff are ok, kind of run down, train/traffic noise, breakfast is fantastic.

I booked this hotel for the parking! Upon arrival we were informed no shuttle…..why have parking? We couldn’t stay at the property! I booked a room at the Hilton…..roughly $20 more for the night! No comparison!!! I will be contacting Expedia for a refund!!

I've never had to pay for parking at a motel! Almost everyone arriving at a motel is in a vehicle and needs a place to park it. Why not just add the charge to the room rate rather than piss off guests who rightly see it as an unadvertised mandatory upcharge.

Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was awesome, the place was quiet. I enjoyed the warm pool and how hot the hot tub gets. Overall a great place to stay.

Positives: The staff responded quickly & assisted us when we had an issue with using our bathroom tap. The breakfast was very good. There were lots of choices, including fresh fruit, & the staff were pleasant & helpful. Recommendation for food near the motel: We enjoyed a very good pizza at Mountain Mike's just down the road for a late dinner. The staff that worked there were fantastic. Negatives: There was a wet area of carpet near the bathroom sink; we suspect there was a small, but not obvious, leak in the plumbing, & advised reception the next morning. It didn't really impact us greatly but we had to put the bathmat over it to soak up the water, which also soaked up a lot of dirt from the carpet. That issue definitely needs addressing or they will get a lot of complaints. The airconditioning was problematic. There was a lot of noise (from trains, we think it was), but not sure. That might not bother City folk, but we live in a quiet beach area & found it difficult to sleep.

The location of the property next to the airport and train and Bart Stations. There are so many places to eat or order food with a wide variety to choose from . It’s a nice clean , quiet place to escape for a few days !..

Mold and paint peeling from the walls of our room , bathroom fan does not work. Charge you extra money for extra car. Breakfast continental style was good and the staff around was very friendly and ready to help with anything.
