Across the street from Oracle park was the winning factor at this property. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was friendly and we were also able to get an early check in. We highly recommend this property.

Great service and a fantastic location. It felt like heaven walking across the street to our hotel. The rooftop bar was amazing. Great views, cocktails and food. This is the way to visit SF and go to a Giants game!

Loved the stay here! My wife and I had our anniversary get away and chose to be walking distance from the ballpark and it was the best decision! Will be back everytime. Service was good, Valet guys were hustling, and room got upgraded. 10/10

Went to watch the San Francisco Giants play and this was the place to be. Very convenient and close to the stadium. Very friendly staff which made the visit even more memorable.

Having a bathroom fan that never shuts off is annoying at best. Most hotels have a central fan system that you cannot hear.

Loved the rooftop bar views. Service and staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean. For the price I would have loved a little bigger room with at least an additional comfortable chair. Also only had one regular coffee cup and one robe would have been great to have two. All in all it was lovely and I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Hotel Via was everything we were hoping for. We went to the Giants game at Oracle park and it was so nice having our hotel right across the street from the ballpark. The staff were friendly and our room was immaculate. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The reason for the average rating overall is the necessity to go to reception to get a cup of tea in morning or no drinking water in room, there were no tea making facilities in the room. Also the fridge wasn't working in room.

Great hotel, but rooms are kind of small. Don't expect a lot of closet space. You have to pay for valet parking, and it's quite expensive. I believe it was $75/night for me.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with contemporary decor! Lots of lunch options nearby on the 2nd street & an excellent rooftop dinner restaurant. Walk straight to Embercardero! We had a great stay!

This was my only concern. I heard from the front desk and saw the description of your rooftop that it was the place to be. So I decided to check it out for myself. It was late, maybe around 1030p. There were three people behind the bar. One was helping a couple and the other two was probably starting their closing duties. They looked at me but I wasn’t acknowledged. I didn’t mind so I started walking around the bar to look at the views and wait for the bartender to finish with the couple. Another guest came to the rooftop and approached the counter and I approached the counter too cause I was waiting still. One of the other two free bartenders greeted her before me which puzzled me because I know he knew I was there first. I’m not one to start a scene. So I left and took my business elsewhere.

Loved our room. Great location. Bar was disappointing. First it was closed for a private event. Then we tried to have a drink there later and they were out of the drink we wanted.
