Definitely not what we were expecting. Place had cob webs all over and was dirty. The advertisement they had everything staged and we got there and she had taxidermy animals, a dog peeing on the mantle! Very strange!! Would not ever go back!

Home Away From Home
Noe's Nest is a warm and welcoming home away from home. Our stay in the suite offered privacy and comfort. Sheila is the consummate host and breakfast chef. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious and offers the opportunity to share conversation with other guests. Can't wait till our next visit!

Noe’s Bed and Breakfast is a lush and groovy fever dream of fabulousness. The owner is very kind and welcoming without being intrusive. It was the perfect spot for three best friends to spend a week exploring the city while in town for the Dead and Co show. The bedding was comfortable, the bathroom w features a bidet and heated toilet seat, and the private kitchen area met all our needs. We felt very safe and tucked away. No need to drive; public transit took us all over San Francisco. 10/10 recommend this wonderfully eclectic spot for a lovely San Francisco experience.

The property is full of character and unique in layout and design. Very close to great neighborhood bars and restuarants. The hostest is very eager to show off the property and its many wonderful features, including a separate wine cottage.

This is an old mini mansion with amazing character and charm. The owner and staff are the sweetest and most humble people. We stayed in the cabana room which has a private entrance to a shared garden space. The garden is quiet and secluded. It has a really cool wine room too. The bed was cozy and there was a mini kitchen and seating area with a keurig coffee machine. The breakfast included was so amazing! Frittata, smoked salmon, french toast, smoked fish spread, fruit, jams, and breads. You could even cook your own egg. It was the best place to stay!

Very welcoming, clean & comfortable. Beautiful backyard garden with relaxing atmosphere. Bed and private bathroom were very comfortable. Owner was kind, helpful and inviting and served the perfect breakfast to power us up for our adventures of the day. Would definitely recommend

Noe’s Nest was an extraordinary experience. There was lots a fascinating things to look at and the garden in the back was wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast the owner cooked up for us. Plenty to eat. The bed was a little too stiff for my taste. The place was very clean and the host and staff were very kind. We enjoyed our stay.

This is an older home in a very beautiful and convenient neighborhood, close to many restaurants, bakeries, BART, etc. Main disadvantage is the need to care your luggage upstairs.

Very interesting place but not for everyone. The hostess is exceptionally nice and her home is like a museum. Delicious breakfast. Room is small but comfortable. Parking can be an issue.. If you are looking for something different, this is your place

A Great Mission Location
Noe's Nest is one of the most friendly places I've ever stayed. The staff was amazing. The other guests were so friendly. My room was great -- clean, quiet, restful. I felt so safe in this neighborhood -- walking from my daughter's house to this location.

Cozy, warm with a GREAT breakfast!
It was a wonderful stay! The owner was kind, warm and a wonderful cook! The B&B was clean and cozy. The decor reflects the owner's unique sense of art and fashion making it a truly interesting place to stay. The garden in the backyard was a wonderful place to spend the morning reading and drinking coffee. Wonderfully located to great parks and many delicious resturaunts.

We had a delightful stay at Noe's Nest. The owner and staff were friendly and very helpful. The house is generally quiet so when you come and go, you feel like you are coming to your own house. The room was spacious and the bathroom well designed. The breakfast buffet was very good and it was pleasant to talk to people at the breakfast table or just take stuff up to the room. The décor is funky which adds some fun to the stay. If I go to San Francisco again, I definitely plan to stay there.

Sheila, the owner is delightful, very welcoming and eager to help make a San Francisco vacation memorable and fun. The B&B is like a museum itself with art and photos filling every inch. It is beautiful and very interesting. The room and bed were very comfortable with a lot of small details like heated toilet seats and noise machines to add to the pleasant experience. It is in a fabulous location for exploring the city.

Remarkable Noe's Nest
Amazing place to stay in the heart of Mission District. Sheila Ash is a great hostess. From her "Best Ever" French Toast to her private tour of some of the remarkable spots in San Francisco, she went out of her way to make our stay memorable.

Great stay. The house was nice and large with a relaxing garden in the back. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The restroom was nice with a Toto toilet and high pressure shower. The common kitchen, dining and living rooms were well furnished and a great space to interact with the other guests. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Perfect location to be near BART, J-train, Noe Valley and the Mission. Sheila was a gracious host - kindly offered a service for a lift to the airport (very reasonable rate) since we were traveling from an Uber-less country. Definitely recommend to other travelers looking for a comfortable stay in SF with a more personal, homely touch in a clean neighborhood with superb breakfast and service in addition to easy access to public transport, interaction opportunities with other guests and nearby cafes/restaurants.

Noe’s Nest
Charming Victorian house. Lovely decor and beautiful garden area. Our hostess Sheila upgraded us to the “Cabana” suite so we had a private bathroom, kitchenette, garden, and wine/tea room in the garden. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly.
