  • Spacious home and relaxing retreat in South San Francisco with beautiful views! Located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking, this home is just a short drive from restaurants, shopping, and major commuter routes. It’s a great choice for guests visiting the Bay Area who want a comfortable stay near San Francisco while still enjoying a peaceful setting.

    The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. All bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. For additional sleeping space, there is also a queen air mattress that can sleep 2 more guests, as well as a couch suitable for 1–2 people. Please note that the massage chair shown in some photos is no longer available for use.

    Guests also have access to the washer and dryer located in the garage.

    Pets are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. Please note that additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive pet hair is left behind or if pet waste is not properly cleaned up during your stay.

Special Place on top of it all

The location was wonderful, and view was breathe taking. There was plenty of parking, easy driving to everything, and the house was very comfortable. If you're visiting the area, this would be a great stay. We look forward to coming back ourselves.

The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of space, beds and seating for all of us to spread out. Property location was superb and with in relatively easy drives to downtown, Napa and other surrounding areas. Very convenient to the airport in a safe location. Would stay again.

Beautiful views, quiet stay

We needed a place to stay during a conference and wanted to be away from the city. This was such a perfect respite from the chaos of the city and conference. The views were stunning. We loved waking up each day and going into the sunny living room. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe as women.

Wonderful Stay with Family

My family and I were blown away by how beautiful this home was! It was perfect for our large group of 8 (including a toddler). The space was very clean and the host was very considerate of the guests with all the board games available and labels. The view is spectacular and the neighborhood felt very safe. We had such a comfortable stay!

This place was perfect for us. We had three adults and four kids. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. Plenty of areas for hanging out. The beds were comfortable. It was in a cute neighborhood with nice views. It has easy access to the highway and downstown.

Perfect stay!

We had several members of our family stay at this lovely house for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect location with easy access to extended family that live in the area. There was plenty of room for eight adults. Kitchen is nicely furnished and we enjoyed the ability to grill out one evening. Place was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Even had an Uno game that we thoroughly enjoyed one evening. Highly recommend staying at this house and will stay again if we ever back in the area.

Our family of 10 really enjoyed staying here. There was plenty of space to spread out, and plenty of places to come together. We loved the large selection of games available. We had some very competitive games of Connect 4. If we come back to San Francisco, we would stay here again!

Excellent location

The house is in a cul-de-sac, so easy parking. It is the last house in the hill so great views. It is in South San Francisco so a car is a necessity if you want to visit the city. I liked the fact there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, just fine for our group of seven. There is a patio and grill just off one of the bedrooms. All in all a very good value.

Awesome experience!

We all love this house! We were a group of 6 bikers from vegas, the view its awesome! The neighbors were friendly, the house was very nice very clean, the only down part is the propane grill outside its very old and it barely turns on, so we weren't able to use it and i wish there was more kitchen stuff like pans and pots, but i still give it a 5 star review cause everything else was great at a great price, highly recommended!!!

Nice Family house near San Francisco

This is a nice house that will accommodate a medium sized family or small group convenient to the airport and to downtown San Francisco. The house is clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds and great views of the South San Francisco area. Some in our party were delayed in arriving because of flight issues, so we ended up staying an extra day. We contacted the owner for availability and were able to extend our stay one night with very little difficulty. Highly recommend this place if you want to explore the Bay area.

San Fransisco Getaway

We were a family of 10 visiting from Australia, New Zealand and Canada. We had a nice time at this property. It was clean. and had a great view! Comfortable beds and slept 10 adults comfortably as long as some family are ok to share a room and bed. Laundry and Dryer was included. SF attractions are within 30-40 minutes' drive from this location mostly because of city traffic. We didn't mind this as there's lots to see along the way. Overall everyone really loved this hilltop home!

Comfortable and spacious setting with easy access to SF

Not really knowing where to stay (or where the friend we were meeting was staying in SF), I chose this house in South SF. It was clean (such a high priority for me) and had a great view of south SF. It was freeway-close so all the trips we needed to make into the city and back were fairly painless. Everything we needed was available and the instructions were clear. We enjoyed the ambiance and comfort it provided. There were two couples (that had the pick of 4 bedrooms) so one couple stayed on each of the two floors so we could each have our own bathroom. Worked out great.

Clean Home In Great Location

We were in S.F. for a baseball game with a group of friends for the weekend. The house was in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Everything was in working order and as pictured. Beds, sheets and towels were all comfortable. The host was extremely kind and responsive. I wouldn't change a thing and would definitely stay here again with a large group. I would recommend going to La Hacienda Market nearby rather than the nearest Safeway. The store is clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to the city.

Incredible views, quiet neighborhood and clean and spacious San Fran getaway

The home was exactly as listed and we loved our stay here. Kristina was wonderful and communicated with us regularly. Our only complaint was wishing we had more time to enjoy the home and the beautiful home away frlm home she created. The rooms were perfect for all of us to enjoy and sleep peacefully. The kitchen and dining area were spacious allowing us to chat into the evening hours as the cool evening breeze wafted through the home. The games and massage chair were added bonuses. There was a bbq grill and seating outdoors with cute lights that we didn't get to enjoy on this visit, but we will definitely book this place again for future San Fran visits.

Weekend Getaway

We traveled to San Francisco for the Chicago bears VS 49’ers game. We wanted to stay somewhere as a family and we were traveling with 9 people. This house was the perfect place for our needs. It was about 30 minutes from the city and about 45 from the stadium. There were enough rooms/beds for everyone to have their own space. Two bathrooms-one on each floor. The beds were comfortable but a little creeky. My one and only suggestion would be that the beautiful picture window in the main space should have some shades. The glare on the tv was bad and it was insanely hot and blinding while eating breakfast or sitting to relax.The house is the last on the lot and it’s right at the end of the mountain as it shows in the pictures. When you pull up to the house, there is no fence at the edge and it was terrifying but also very cool. The view was perfect and I would definitely stay here again!
