"We had an amazing time in Villa Martin this summer, the villa was perfect, the location is exactly what we were looking for, the pool is lovely and just a few minutes walk. The check in/check out was so easy, the key holder was extremely flexible which accommodated our late arrival and early departure. We did have a car and so spent lots of days relaxing at the beach too and the La Zenia Boulevard is only 5 minutes away in the car. "With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available. The beach was within easy walking distance. The bus connection is good and nearby, with the bus stop at La Rosa. Groceries can be delivered by Mercadona Express from Guardamar.Wim"

La maison était très propre et bien équipée, elle disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. "We had a wonderful time at this property. The outside space was amazing and the games room was a bonus. The oven, hob and cooking equipment were so good, we love cooking when we're away and we had everything we needed. The property managers were very friendly and efficient, there when you needed them. Overall a superb holiday."

"Good location, 2’ from the long beach and all accommodations (Al Campo 5’), close to the castle and Porto Del Mar (10’ each), but not directly in the old town (20’ walk) Team very reactive and good welcome. Apartment nice overall but average equipment (limited, low quality), and bad smell occurring sometimes in bathroom (from sewer)"

"La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages...

"Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...
