It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed - Bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - Shower room - WC Accepts 1 or 2 additional guests (sofa bed): €50/week - Shared enclosed garden of 5,000 m² - Covered terrace of 14 m² - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Parking - Shared swimming pool heated by solar panels and a heat pump (5.5 x 10.5 meters, depth: 0.9 to 1.90 meters), open from April to November, secured by a safety barrier. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Shared facilities: ping-pong table and pétanque court - Air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Combination oven/microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Pets on site: pygmy goats and donkeys - €30 cleaning deposit if the cleaning option is not selected - A security deposit can be taken by credit card imprint upon arrival (not charged) Holiday cottage with shared heated swimming pool, near Porto-Vecchio
