"The house is set in beautiful grounds and the pool was kept in pristine condition. The kitchen was adequate and a liquidizer would have been useful. Wi-Fi was weak and the TV unavailable most of the time but it had its plus points in that the children played with the table tennis and billiards instead! Access to the house was excellent and part of its charm was the wild life. The deer which came to graze and play in the evenings and the pheasant which walked through the grounds certainly...

The house is spacious and well equipped - we ate every meal outside and took advantage of having a local chef come and cook for us one night. Very special time for us all / we will be back!"

With the towns of San Gimignano and Certaldo less than fifteen minutes away, this villa allows you to relax in peaceful and quiet surroundings, but also the Tuscan region is within reach quickly should you wish to explore, as several of our party did on other days."

"The property is well-located for day trips in Tuscany, with easy on-off of the major roadways. It is not as easy to find as one would hope and the house itself lacks basic amenities we thought would be provided. The grounds are beautiful and sitting outside by the pool or on the patio was a wonderful way to begin or end a day."
