San Isidro Hotels

"Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. The roof side pool was closed due to green water because they did not have chemicals onsite to treat it. Finally, the staff has to turn on the water fall each day and also comes around 6pm to shut it off. My wife and I were very disappointed. The items they share on the website were not available or not operational when we stayed. "

"Such a wonderful stay! All the staff were very welcoming, polite & helpful. The room was spacious and clean with an air conditioner that worked well. The onsite restaurant called ASH was so delicious & such big portions. The food here was probably one of the best meals we ate during our visit to the Philippines. Thank you for such a great experience!"

"The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. All requests were accommodated and the staff went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay more than satisfying to include no charge for late checkout. I am planning on holding several events on the grounds in the future and have officially labeled this hotel as the best kept secret in Pampanga. "
