Our stay at the villa in Los Cabos was absolutely incredible! The breathtaking views, wonderful amenities, and attentive service made our vacation unforgettable; we especially loved the close proximity to the beach and nearby shoppes. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Family holiday over the holidays

Stayed here over the holidays with my Husband and 2 kids 19 & 17. It was a great trip. We loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops and use of golf cart and Dunes club. Can’t wait to go back.

Even better than expected!

We had high expectations and were met with a home that was even better than the pictures and wonderful service. The use of the golf cart and access to all of the Palmilla amenities including dining options at One & Only was enough to make us want to come back. Very lovely, restful, and easy trip with top-notch hospitality (the concierge services were an absolute TREAT).

Wonderful vacation!

The condo was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. The trip to the beach was easy with the golf cart. Our only negative remark would be the dish box was very out dated and needs to be replaced. Ulises was wonderful!!!!

Another amazing stay!

This was our third summer staying at what our family affectionately now calls "our condo." It really does feel like home coming back. It's so beautiful and comfortable. It's the perfect location and so relaxing. We love going from the beach to the community pool to Palmilla Dunes. The restaurants are so fun to drive to on the golf cart and the area is just gorgeous. We love Palmilla and our time at Villas de Montana.

So good to be back!

This property is perfect for relaxing, and has easy access to a swimmable beach, a small pool within a few steps of the front door, a fantastic club with every possible amenity, grocery stores and fun shopping. The owners are wonderful to deal with, as is the property management company. After three stays here, we can safely say that this is a home away from home, and a place we look forward to returning to again and again.

Great spot in Palmiila!

We had a great stay here. The communication throughout was great. The property was very clean and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. The use of the golf cart, and access to the Palmilla Dunes club was really helpful as we spent a lot of time at the gym and pool. The place had all the little things needed for convenience and would be great for a family with kids as well. Will definitely come back!!

Holiday Gem

Our second visit here confirmed what we thought after the first stay. This is an ideal spot for family or friends to enjoy Baja South - well appointed, superbly managed and perfectly situated near a great swimming beach, with access to a private club including a pool, bar/bistro, gym and tennis and pickle ball courts. And a short golf cart ride from some of the best restaurants in the area, or any area. We'll be back, soon.

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained and fully equipped perfectly located comfortable townhouse for relaxing, dining in, and playing on the beach and in the surf or at the delightful Palmilla Dunes country club. The views from the living room and both bedrooms are sensational. Driving the golf cart around Palmilla was so much better than in a car. Superb support from both the owner and the property manager. We're returning ASAP!!!

Second stay in Stefanie’s great townhouse!

This was our second stay here. All the things that made the property great, location, access to Club, use of the golf cart, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and laundry and views were all the same as we remembered. Stefanie and her property manager Eduardo are always responsive and make check in and out a breeze. We did let them know the primary shower needed some repairs and the garage door was persnickety but those issues did not adversely affect our stay. One of Cabo’s best deals. Highly recommended.

coming back !

a great location, great view, great amenities. Stayed 3 weeks and doing the same next year. A sound bar for the LR TV would be nice. Golf cart and club access fabulous. The property is a little old (so am I) but in great shape. It's not clear (to me) but the pool shown is private and belongs to the downstairs folks. But you get access to the little community pool and the giant club pool, tennis, pickle and gym. Go for it!

Lovely stay...

This is a wonderful property - the home and view are just as presented in the listing, so of course, we were absolutely delighted. The golf cart for convenience to Palmilla Beach (best for swimming)! is a great feature. You can walk the distance, but it was hot and humid, so we took advantage of the fun drive in the cart. San Jose is a charming town with many options for dining - and the ease of using Uber made the jaunts into downtown a great option (they arrive within 5 minutes)! We also rented a car for one day for a road trip to Todos Santos (rental car delivered directly to property). There's a lot to do and see in the area without the over the top party atmosphere of Cabo San Lucas further south. And for us older folks...it was perfect. Our first visit - and we will definitely be back. And if it's your first visit, looking to relax and enjoy the sea, community pool, and club, you will not be disappointed.

It was great!

In general it was great, however,I slept in one of the guess-bedroom because of health issues, there were several long hairs on the blanket, also in one of the vanity first drawers had a small bunch of long hair that I picked up and threw away but made me eeuu!, the bed's comforters need to be replace in my opinion. Other than that, the grounds are phenomenal, the house has EVERYTHING!, I mean everything, super spacious, very comfortable, TV's with all you can watch here in the states. The fact that we had access to the golf car was so helpful and awesome, we were able to go to the club and use their facilities there. The Palmilla area has an exclusive shopping center and restaurants, some of them great, Cream Cafe restaurant not great at all. :) One of the things is that the palms outside of the house will soon cover the ocean's view, not sure how that's going to be in the near future. KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED!, it was so awesome I was able to cook my super foods with everything so handy. I really enjoyed this trip and I definitely considered going backI hope this was helpful. Thank you.
