"We stayed 8 days. Given it’s a long stay I need the room at least vacuum and clean the washroom after 3 or 4 days., Requested to clean this suite. Vacuum and clean the toilet at least. But just tidying and change towels. My hair are still on the floor around toilet and the room. They forgot to replace toilet mat. Disappointing stay. "

"All the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Also, my room and its amenities were great. I’ll say it again all the staff were excellent when I were there. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody. In fact, I’m coming back next year again on Mother’s Day and I have my room already booked on Mother’s Day. Everybody in my group also thought it was great. "The Hotel is too far away from the arrival area of the airport. A very long walk, using the walk bridge is not advisable."

"The Executive Suite I was first given was dirty and dusty...the carpets need steamed cleaning on the 14th floor. I complained and was moved to the 16th floor, room 1634 much better."
