It appears the previous tenant has caused tremendous damage to the plumbing and some appliances. She rented the place for a party which, of course, is not allowed. She or her guests flushed a lot of papers and other suspicious things down the toilet and abused the place in general. They also took some minor appliances like the coffee maker. Unfortunately, our cleaning crew didn't report to us the missing or damaged things and therefore weren't aware of this until now. We reported this tenant to VRBO and would not rent to her again. We did our best to fix and clean all issues before your arrival but the plumbing backup came as a bad surprise. We will replace the broken or damaged dishes and appliances right away.
