Not a clean place

The place was not tidy at all. Also had a lot of ants on the bed

I paid for and had a confirmed reservation for a suite and was told they let someone else use it and I was not given any compensation. I was offered two separate room on different floors. The room we had was tiny, old and in poor shape. The staff was very friendly but unwilling to accommodate us.
