Their check in system is a disaster. They changed my room multiple times before my time to check in. I was never able to check in to the property. They gave me a code that did not work to go into the building. They did not answer the phone and had no lobby. I had to rent another hotel and they are refusing to give me a refund. This has been the worst experience I have had in a hotel. I can not say anything about amenities or room because I was unable to goin to the building but I will not be booking this hotel ever again!

Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats. That is the only way you will find this place. I think as long as you know this hopefully you won't need much contact from the management company. The place looks brand new and I can't really say enough about it!asreceived.alrreceived.

New condition and great decoration style. I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use!

I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places

Lack of communication

Not a pleasant arrival. No email 24 hours ahead of checking in time. Had to call Hotels.com and get them to contact property manager for details. Then got sent to an apartment that was already occupied. Following day had to request towels and extra toilet paper. Nothing was delivered. Emailed them again that evening. Was told they never had time all day! Aoartment was very new and in excellent condition. Lack of communication from manager. I am not impressed. Gated area with electric fencing and security guard at gate.

The stay was beautiful! However, if you do not speak any Spanish, I would advise you to book in an area where there is more tourist. There is no front desk, so please read your instructions carefully or you will be lost like us lol. The securities at the front gate were SUPER helpful! However, we did need google translate lol. The view and pool area is amazing!! The only thing that I did not like was that we had access to the room early and it was not clean. We walked to the nearest food area which was about a 15-20 minute walk and by the time we got back the room was ready. Communication with the actual owner of our stay was a little tough, being that they are not in the area. Overall I had a good time at this location and I would go back!

En general todo estuvo muy bien. Todo me gustó. Excelente servicio. Sólo hubo un detalle: mi vuelo de llegada a San José fue a las 23:30 horas. motivo por el cual no iba a alcanzar a llegar a un hotel a realizar el check-in antes de las 12 de la noche, por eso por eso fue que escogí esta propiedad, pero al llegar yo a las 00:15 horas del mismo día de salida, ya no estaba mi nombre en la lista, El guardia no me quería permitir la entrada porque no correspondía el nombre. pero se les explicó y otro supervisor de los guardias me acompañó la habitación y vio que tenía la clave y todo coincidía y todo estaba correcto y pude hospedarme. pero sí en un momento me frustré porque pensé que no iba a tener donde alojarme esa noche, a esas horas de la noche. después todo estuvo muy bien, GRACIAS. DEBERÍAN DE DARLE LOS REGISTROS A LOS GUARDIAS DE LOS DÍAS ANTERIORES Y LOS DÍAS POSTERIORES

Es un apartamento, con todas las comodidades de una casa, hay opción de uso de pisicna y gym, lo malo es que hacen la limpieza en la mañana los vierne y no se pudo usar, y adelantar el horario de check in
