The location is great. Some of the employees are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist who works in the morning was very helpful and very pleasant. The guy who works in the bar was very friendly and helpful. The same goes to the bellman working in the morning.

A very nice hotel

This is a very good property. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I liked the location. The kitchen was very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

My stay at Marriott Hotel in San Jose , Costa Rica was amazing. Very friendly employees, very clean Hotel, Food in Restaurant was delicious. Location is very excellent, very close to Downtown.. Overall was great experience and my stay was enjoyable.. I will definitely stay again

The location was ideal for getting around San José. Shopping and Cultural aspects were all within walking distance. The area felt safe, and you could easily traverse at night. The hotel dining left a lot to be desired, and more menu options or daily adjustments to the menu would be an asset.

This was a great hotel in the middle of everything in San Jose. The rooms were clean, although the one we stayed in did have a musty smell. The breakfast was great. The staff was top notch. Parking was easy. The area around the hotel was good. This is the middle of a huge city, so there are always big city issues. We would stay at this hotel again.
