We liked the hotel room but the shower slowly drained and the heater smelled weird when we turned it on. The hotel is under construction so the hallways are not very clean.

The hotel was clean, and my room had all the amenities I needed. I didn't like that the hotel restaurant was closed for renovations, and there was construction going on (which I could hear in my room). It would be great if Expedia notified you of these things when booking through them.

The stay was otherwise unremarkable and standard. It was only an inconvenience due to the key machine being down for most of our stay, making it less appealing to leave the room often as we would have to be escorted back to our room once we had come back from being out. The staff were very nice and attentive, so that was a definite bonus. There are also a few nice restaurants within walking distance for a quick bite to eat if you didn't want to eat at the restaurant in the hotel itself. Also-- most of my gripes can be attributed to the fact that the location was undergoing renovations at the time so in all honesty it was a good trip considering.

There was no access for a room key there system was down. No dining. Need blamkets and better pillow. No refrigerator or microwave in one of my rooms i rented.

The rooms are fine. A bit dated, but currently undergoing renovation. The bigger issue is that, not sure if it's related to the renovation or not, but the hotel key card machine apparently does not work. Since they can't make you a key, an employee has to let you into your room every time you come back in, which was both inconvenient and weird. Normally there is a restaurant, but it is also not available due to the construction. I would not recommend booking this place until renovations are completed

There key machine doesn’t and so they have to get someone to unlock the door every time. And they advertise a bar and restaurant but they were both closed for renovations. This is not what I expected at all for the money I paid. Very disappointing!

Shower did not work well, could not pull knob up to get full spray out of shower head. Took a while to wash shampoo out of my hair. Also there is no fan, so bathroom got very steamy. Also found strange hairs on brd covers and pillows.

The staff were attentive and friendly. However, for winter time, the bedding was inadequate -- very thin -- like sleeping with a couple of sheets. The comforter was ridiculously thin, so I turned the heater on . . . which sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. I slept about 4 hours the first night . . . and 3 hours and a couple of hours a little later the second night. No extra blankets in the closet.

I like the stuff are very nice, the place are quite, just some areas need to be a little bit more clean but I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. ❤️

Spent one night to go to a 49er's game. Was able to check-in earlier than posted time which was nice. Room was nice, adequate. My issue was with the bath/shower: the valve to redirect the flow from the bath to the shower didn't seal well. So the pressure from the shower was weak, and there was still a lot of water coming out the spigot to the tub.

The service was good. The parking lot is scary to walk through day or night. The room was not clean and there was mouse poop in the shower and closet. I would not stay here again.

I only stayed for one night but overall i would stay again when im in the area again. My only suggestion would be to maybe upgrade the gym equipment by adding maybe a full universal cable station

My carbon monoxide censor had a a low battery and was “chirping”. They quickly changed my room and did it with a smile.

Unfortunately, there was no water available on the property during check in. Could not shower or use sink. Very inconvenient, as you can imagine. The property seems really ideal but without water I feel a complimentary stay would be a gesture of goodwill.

Pretty bad area. My car was broken into on their property. Talked to front desk and they didnt care. Didnt offer any kind of assistance. Two nights later the car parked next to me was broken into also. If you can stay somewhere else please do. Will never stay in that area again

My boyfriend and I were literally trapped inside the bathroom because the door latch malfunctioned and was unable to be fixed. We were offered a new room but declined because it was the last night of the stay. When we arrived the room was so humid(it’s December). It took all night to get the room comfortable. Being charged for parking when I am paying to stay at your property is not appealing and will affect my choice of stays in the San Jose area in the future. Do Better!

Not recommend. Very bad experience. The staffs at the reception are unfriendly and very careless. * We booked several rooms. My friend checked in first - they charged her credit card for holding. I checked in later, they charged me for the holding of all 3 rooms, again! * We booked rooms with breakfast and paid extra 50$/room vie Expedia. The lady at reception kept saying that we did not book for breakfast and refused to issue breakfast coupon. It took her days to check things out, but the hotel could not refund the money we already paid for breakfast. Overall, our extra $50/room/night was wasted and we even had to double pay for breakfast because of her carelessness - and she did not even say sorry. * It is a rip-off from breakfast charges. Expedia took 50$ extra for breakfast coupon, but the dish on menu is only $15 each. Even worse, with breakfast coupon, the hotel only allows the same continental breakfast every day - while on the menu they have other breakfast choices at the same price $15.

Large, clean rooms. The VTA tram stop is in walking distance. From there, San Jose Downtown and the business areas in North San Jose are easy to reach. Obvously, the close-by airport is audible, but not massively disturbing.

No late airport shuttle
We've stayed here several times and have had pleasant experiences. This past time, there was a bit of an issue. We took the shuttle to the airport and asked about our late return at 11:30 pm. We were told it was fine and to call for pick up. When i called upon our arrival at 11:30 pm, I was told ythe shuttle stopped at 11 pm. Thoroughly exhausted and exasperated, I explained we were told it wouldn't be a problem. She asked if we were just using Park and Fly, I said no and that we also had reservations for that night. She advised us to get an Uber. It's one thing at 3 pm without kids, but at 11:30 pm, with tired kids, its really frustrating. The shuttle stops at 11 pm, FYI, despite what the driver telling you otherwise.

Very good service. Tasty meal at on property restaurant. Sliding glass door did not shut all the way, letting in cold air. Entry door's deadbolt was not aligned, making it useless. Great pillows and mattress.
