I've been working in the area for over a month now and sometimes my schedule will change and I will try to find a hotel near my detail location. This Hotel was in the middle between two sites and it was perfect. I was super impressed with how spacious the room was and had basically a full kitchen. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Hot breakfast was great, but too bad it opens later on weekends and I wasn't able to enjoy, but would definitely return to stay again.

No daily service for rooms unless you request it. We had to request it daily for it to get done. On a 5 night stay to not have regular room services is a miss. At full rates and having spent over $200 per night, we anticipated better service. It's a quiet location. Not a lot but Top Golf within walking distance. But quick uber rides to a lot within 5 minutes.

Good stay
The breakfast was delicious! Good variety. Close to a lot of restaurants and right off the freeway for easy access. The only complaint I have is the noise from the freeway the windows must be old because that kept us up and made it hard to fall asleep. It was also close to the stadium and Great America

There was broken glass all over the parking lot. Assumed from car windows being broken. When we asked we got a non answer as to the cause.

Check in was at 3. Upon our arrival at 4:00 they told us our room was not ready and to come back in 30min. We had travelled for a concert at Levi Stadium, which started at 6. We left, grabbed a bite, came back and got our key around 4:30. We had to wait in line a third time to get directions to the room as they were not clearly marked. Then, when we got to the room at nearly 5:00, it was still not done. Very frustrating.

So if this was just a rating for the room i would've rated this higher. The first issue i have is the $15/day parking fee. There is nowhere else to park so you're stuck with this fee. It's not like the lot is secured or anyone keeps your car safe. You just get to pay for the privilege of parking your own car in a first come, first served lot and they go around every day and mark whether your car is parked there. We needed to use the laundry room but it was out of service for the entire stay (6 days). The pool was out of service when we arrived and one of the elevators was out of service for a day. There was another elevator but it was on the other side of the complex necessitating that you walk all the way around the building to use it. The hotel is right next to a freeway and has a major street in front of it. Traffic noise wasn't too bad but you can hear it. There is a convenient Target just on the other side of the freeway. It's also very close to Levi stadium which is just one exit further down the freeway. I've stayed at other Homewood Suites before and having a separate living room and small kitchen was nice. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful too. The breakfast isn't bad for a hotel breakfast. Breakfast is only until 9am on weekdays and 10am on weekends. So overall I'm going to rate this property a 3. It could be better but you could do worse too. But the parking fee still sucks.
