Dora was AWESOME! Jenny as well. I paid for a week in advance with request for quiet room to heal after surgery. They put me next to construction with saws and hammering during the day. If you need quiet go elsewhere!

Great AC and comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the shower. Not much in the way of amenities. There was sufficient food on the breakfast buffet but it wasn’t hot … and cold eggs aren’t appetizing

Spacious clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jorge at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay by providing us with recommendations on places to visit, helping us book tours and providing us with a map for guidance on places we can visit in the city center. The room and lobby were impeccable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. The restaurant (Chinese food) was delicious. I think it was the best fried rice I have ever had. My wife and I were very happy staying there.

The front desk staff was amazing!! I was injured in an accident with multiple broken bones and unable to leave the room. The staff went out of their way to accommodate with calling every morning to ask if i wanted breakfast brought up to me, and making sure i was comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is delicious!! I would stay here again!!

Great, well appointed hotel with clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. Jorge at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. With us not knowing the area Jorge went out of his way to provide us with a map and recommendations of areas to go in the downtown area.
