Our home has a beautiful view of the mountains, a garden with fruit trees and an outside area to barbecue. There’s also a gas fire place in the living room, very private and only 10 mins to local supermarkets and other shops.

A piece of paradise
I hesitate to write this because i'd like the place to myself lol..all jokes aside this place is just majestic. Everything ive asked for in a home. The location was remote nestled up in the mountains with a beautiful scenic view of the tropical rain forest in the far distance. The architecture of the home is extremely modern decked out with paintings, statues, pin point lighting highlighting every detail of the home. Large windows from floor to ceiling pouring in daylight from every angle. The host has practically every amenity you can think of, you really dont even need to leave the house except for groceries. Speaking of the host was extremely accomodating and absolutely pleasant responds almost immediately to any question or inquiry. I cant say enough about this place. Its actually a dream house. However the drive about hour & 30 mins from the airport so be prepared you are outside the city limits afterall you are in the mountains. I personally had no problems driving so i have friends/family in the adjacent area. So be prepared but once you get here you wont wanna leaves.

Beautiful, comfortable stay
The view from each room was breathtaking. The kitchen was well updated and easy to use. The interior and exterior was really beautiful and it was relaxing. I would definitely recommend there were plenty utensils and the kitchen was well equipped Great stay!

Beautiful mountain home
We had an incredible time. The house is lovely and the views amazing. It was a true retreat. VRBO seems to have the location wrong. We expected to be just outside of San Jose when in reality is was an hour and 15 minutes further out. We were flexible and embraced the retreat. We would definitely visit again.

If you are lookong for a piece of heaven on earth this is the place. I recently went through an intense dental procedure and right before my trip had a nasty breakup, and had a fall out with my business partner so needless to say my mind, body and soul, needed much healing . To my suprise this place provided that and much more. There is a positive, serene, and tranquil vibe in the home that made it easy to heal and reenergize. I am very picky where i sleep, so to have a place that was clean and well put together was a blessing. From the entrance to the back yard, the place oozed comfort, joy, and peace. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought in the place even down to the decor. The nature that surrounded us was heavenly...every night we were surrounded by clouds, which created a heavenly feel, we literally felt we were on cloud 9. Every morning we were greeted by friendly bulls, cows, the neighborhood dog, and woke up up to the lovely sound of local birds. And don't even get me started on the view, simply breath taking. In town, the food was delicious, the people in the community, super friendly, even the roaming dogs look soooo happy. This was a true Pura Vida experience. I would recommend to making firm arrangements on getting there and leaving, or even renting a car as it is in a remote location. However, the owners were very caring and responsive, which made the stay even more memorable. I definitely recommend and plan on coming back. I miss it already.
