New stylish apartment in gastronomic hotspot w/AC

Welcome to this beautiful space in Costa Rica!

During your stay, we kindly ask you you to help us with the following guidelines:

• Please take care of the apartment as it is yours and help the environment by turning off the lights and devices when not in use and making rational use of the water.

• Be silent and discreet in the apartment and common areas, especially at night. Avoid loud noises. Parties and drugs are not allowed. If there's a complaint in place, you will need to leave the apartment without a refund.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment nor on the balcony. There’s a designed area outside the building on Altea’s Pop Up Store corner. (Penalty Fee $ 200)

• Please do not use the towels to remove make-up or any other products since it will damage them. (Penalty Fee $ 20 per item)

• In case that you lose or damage a key or access card, we will charge you a replacement fee of $40 per item.

• No hanging or placing clothes, rugs or any other type of item in areas that are visible from the common areas of the building or the balcony itself.

• Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.

• Prostitution or any kind of sexual tourism is prohibited.

• Do not throw any glass bottles in the trash duct, only conventional waste. (Map attached on Stay Guide). If you wish to recycle please leave the materials in the basement #1 (S1).

• Do not throw objects and/or trash in hallways, common areas, balconies or windows.

• Alcohol or drugs are not allowed in common areas.

• The usage of professional video and photograph equipment is prohibited in the building by the administration. There are security cameras in all the levels and a $250 fee will be charged.

After your check out, we will revise the apartment. If any items are damaged, stained or lost, those will be charged.
