Very Private 1-bedroom house, fabulous Santa Ana with POOL! Spectacular Sunsets!

Your very private getaway awaits in Santa Ana at this 4 room house on a 1.25 acre (1/2 hectacre) farm. When in season, pick mangoes, avocadoes, limes, guava, papayas and fruits you've never even heard of before! This secret, hidden, property features 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a lovely living/dining room with sofa bed, wrap around terrace, a large pool, and all the essentials like a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, T.V. and WiFi. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this phenomenal home away from home. Secure property totally fenced in, with parking. We are on a mountain and a rental car is STRONGLY suggested. Not suitable for children under 10. About 25 minutes from airport (SJO) and San Jose. Pet/420 friendly. More than 100 local restaurants of all types and price ranges. Excellent local shopping. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Three night minimum +$15 per stay cleaning fee.
