We used this hotel as an overnight to catch a plane. The service was fantastic. This is a fabulous hotel with lots of services, however the hotel is looking tired. Our room was clean, but old. The outside of the hotel could use a refresh.

Room was clean. NO HOT TUBS with hot water. The reception kept lying that the water will be warmer in two hours. After 6 days staying there - NO HOT WATER IN THE HOT TUB OR POOL.

Shuttle was great, room was awesome, wish I could’ve stayed longer. Loved the hot tub and sauna. Bed and pillows was super comfortable. Lots of dining options. Staff was super nice.

Amazing value for one night’s stay. I checked in late and the concierge was professional and patient. He kindly offered to pack a breakfast for me, as the complimentary shuttle bus pick up was at 5am and breakfast is served at 6am. That thoughtful gesture meant everything. The room was spacious and clean. Best sleep I had on my 10 day trip. Felt refreshed and ready for my 5 hour flight home. Thank you for the hospitality.
