"Front desk clerk checking in to was awesome!!! Floor dirty in the room and housekeeping was beyond rude and loud in the morning. Letting the doors slam , yelling to each other, dropping linen from the top floor into a carrier, music in hallway, bumping into the walls. Not all people check out quickly we were on a much needed getaway and wanted to sleep in but the staff made that impossible so we gave up and left. Will never stay here again "

"The room was fine however way too expensive for what you get. I choose BW Plus because they usually have a good breakfast. This one was way below par....no decaf coffee, no hot water for tea, juice machine was out of order and there was no fruit. I will look elsewhere next time."

"Check-in was fast and friendly. Right off the highway, Maverick truck stop right next-door no chemical smell in the room or linens which is a big deal for anybody with allergies or respiratory issues! Bed was super comfy, the linens were very soft and perfume free. Pillows were excellent. Spa and Pool were clean and functioning. The breakfast was great. Hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, and all the other ordinary continental breakfast stuff as well. Hot waffles. Friendly professional staff. The only minor issue was I couldn’t get behind the entertainment center to plug the microwave van. Five stars. "

"This is a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is lack of amenities. I understand the bar is opening soon and a restaurant is to come. That will be an improvement but there needs to be at the very least a snack counter. Soda, chips, etc"

"Our stay was lovely. Homey, spacious, beautiful property and views. Super easy access to SF.Well furnished kitchen. Great kivas.Note: Door from kitchen to outdoor patio needs repair. It auto-locks from the outside, even when set to be unlocked."
