"I’ve never been great at standing up for myself, so baby step instructions on how to do this is greatly appreciated. I just spent two nights in a “smoke-free” hotel and the stench was in the room. The curtains didn’t close correctly and the door was incredibly hard to open and close , which was not an huge issue, however allowed lights to shine in the room all night. The fan sounded like I was in a boiler room, the pillows smelled moldy, the tub didn’t drain correctly and there was a brown dribble down the entire front of the toilet (suggesting that the top was cleaned, but no one paid attention to the rest of the . My key stopped working a few times, I am not sure if that is my fault or not. I barely slept because of the stench and felt sick when I woke up. My daughter had a small amount of blood from her cycle on the bed. I asked if we could get a flat sheet and was reminded that they only change sheets every other day. I felt like I had to beg more than one staff. I cleaned them myself. They do ever place the sheets later. I believe this is what bothered be the most because my daughter was present and embarrassed about the situation. They did not bring towels at all. The pool was freezing and that is what upset me a lot. I specifically called multiple times to make sure it was heated. I believe I should have a partial refund. Some really nice staff though, especially the guy checking us in. "

"Steadily calling the front desk because the amount of guests that were put on the original reservation was 4 yet the steadily kept leaving 2 bath towels only until the last night I finally left a sticky note asking for extra towels since I could not get them on the phone "
