"Overall, it's a nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. But my wife had an unsettling and embarrassing experience. She left a pair of her underwear in the bathroom. When the staff checked the room during checkout they obviously found the undergarment. Instead of being discreet about the situation, a male staff member brought the garment down waiving it in front of everyone in the lobby. I would expect a little more professionalism in handling the situation. Maybe train the staff on etiquette in case something like this happens to someone in the future. But because of this, I will never stay there again."
