"Stayed here when we took our family to Knott’s Berry Farm. The location was great, and the lobby area with all the seating was awesome. We loved having breakfast in the morning and being able to spread out with lots of options for seating! The property is definitely dated and had some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was clogged, the bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, and the hot tub on the property was pretty gross. The elevators weren’t always reliable either which made it a little frustrating staying on the night floor. Overall, it worked well for our family, but the property could use some updates and better maintenance."
