Cozy condo 3 minutes to Downtown. Great location

Beautiful condo with fully renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It has a great backyard where you can barbecue and relax in the fire pit. This place is 15 minutes to laguna beach, 10 minutes to san clemente. And you could walk to the San Juan Capistrano downtown

Could have been much better with some effort.

She failed to advise us the central air would not work when the wall unit was on so the breaker was tripped. We called her…she never returned the call but a maintenance person did show up. No written information about WiFi. Called her several times—no return call. A man finally showed up and told us not to run the air—to leave it alone. Patio slider was VERY difficult to open…All three trash cans were full…back patio was littered with seed pods from the palm trees. Sorry to have to give this one a bad review as we would like to have returned as the area was great.

No AC… very hot in August… poor communication

The host never sent check-in instructions. We had to contact them to ask how to get in. Every other short term rental I’ve stayed in, the host has sent instructions 24-48 hrs ahead of time. When we got in, the place was very hot. The indoor thermostat read 89F. We thought we turned on the AC using the thermostat on the wall. But we learned a couple hours later, after the host finally got in touch, that there is no central AC. There is only a small window unit in the main room. The window unit was not enough to cool the apartment down in the heat of August. Overall, the poor communication and hot apartment did not lend themselves to a very good stay. The only upside was that we were 15 min from the beach.
