We arrived on Christmas eve, walked in and were told that the hotel would not be accepting guests because it was Christmas eve. I showed them our reservation and they indicated that those had all been cancelled yet we were never informed by Expedia, my multiple attempts to contact expedia were fruitless, no one ever answered the phone or responded to emails.

Buenas noches no me respetaron mi reservación me comunique con el encargado del hotel y me dice que solo tenía disponible un día me comunique con ustedes y después de casi media hora esperando no me resolvieron nada son nuevo en su servicio y no es de fiar quise probar con pocos días para empezar pero si eso es co pocos como será con varios días de mis vacaciones

Estan muy pequeñas las habitaciones, sobretodo para entrar al baño los baños son pequeños por lo tanto el agua se riega. La ubicación esta perfecta. Tiene muy poca iluminación en las habitaciones.

Parking was a nightmare! Was told there was fee parking, ended up having to pay for parking. Room was extremely cold, without regular hotel perks such as shampoo or washcloths. Staff was very nice.
