We loved the location and the staff was great with accommodating one extra person last minute. They were very understanding and helpful! Location is within walking distance to everything. I took one start off because the neighbor upstairs was being noisy when we were outside talking, they were right at their window looking. But other than that it was very nice.

The listing was spot-on accurate and the entire process from booking to check-in was clear and stress-free. VERY clean and comfortable rooms and the place was very "beach ready." Everything worked perfectly. Loved the location as everything you could need or want was within walking distance or a short ride into the city. The beach was fabulous with low to moderate crowds. This property is very clean and Alice was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. The view can’t be beat. Especially having morning coffee on the balcony. We rented a car but it was not needed. Everything is right there. 24 pharmacy and restaurants. Beach chairs provided but you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella at the beach.

A nice place with private beach access. It is very comfortable and mostly described accurately. A few things to note: there is not a hot tub as mentioned in the description and regardless of the length of your stay, you get four towels. I was there for a week and expressed to Alice my need for more. Upon arrival, Davis and Alice did accommodate me. And they accommodated my early check-in request that was agreed to before hand.

The condo and the property are absolutely stunning. Amazing view of the beach which is very calm and swimmable. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Bed is so soft and comfortable that we slept like babies. We did have a little trouble connecting to WiFi but the host Alice was so helpful and responsive that it was fixed fairly quickly. Security at the gate was awesome and made us feel safe.We have family in San Juan and so we go fairly often so we will definitely be back to this unit.

This location was perfect to get to all of the must see spots on the island. The neighborhood and building felt very safe and clean. It was awesome being able to have direct beach access as well. We would definitely come back!
