We enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful home and location. The communication about how to get there and access the property could have been better. The map pin took us to the wrong part of the complex so we walked up and looked around for the correct unit. Losing water for part of the afternoon and not having it communicated was a problem, but I am sure that was unexpected. Not having WIFI on the second floor was also an inconvenience and no real solution was found for that. I wish there was access to the waterpark for the kids, but the 2 pools at the resort were great. Overall, we loved our time in the house and in Fajardo. We would definitely come back and stay again.

You can experience the Puerto Rico experience with beautiful beaches, the rain forest El Yunque, and local cuisine nearby. Excellent host. Great for families.
