Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation, which will take you more and more to the heart of Boricua culture. Our location is quite favorable, since we are 8km from the Luis Muñiz Airport, and 10min away from the Convention Center, surrounded by large food and beverage establishments that will allow you to taste the flavor of our island.

Because it is such a central place, you may have discomfort due to noise, construction noise may also be perceived.



We do not have parking, people normally park at the front of the property which can fit 4 compact vehicles.

In each unit we have air conditioning, internet, microwave, fridge, induction cooker and coffee maker, everything you need to enjoy a comfortable, familiar and safe stay.



You can make use of each of our common areas, of course respecting the other guests who are on the property.



During your stay it is likely that you will not be at the property, if you need something please contact us through the app, your need may not be covered immediately but we will try to solve it quickly.

It is important to know that we are on a tropical island, therefore you can have direct contact with insects and other wild and farm animals that are in the area.



Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and despite having a monthly fumigation program, in the area you can find insects such as: mosquitoes, mosquitoes, cockroaches, and also some reptiles such as lizards, and birds such as roosters and chickens that live wild way.



We are not responsible if during your stay the electricity and water services are interrupted without prior notice by the supplier companies.



At the end of the stay, deliver the apartment in perfect condition, without waste or any type of garbage in it. It must be taken into account that a review will be carried out by the property supervisor, in which the conditions of the apartment will be verified, and its inventory, which must not have any type of tear or stain. Any damage, loss of objects and articles belonging to the unit during your stay could generate the following EXTRA CHARGES (this includes stained sheets and towels):
