This recently renovated, spacious two-story penthouse sits on the third floor, offering beautiful views of the relaxing river pool and lush gardens through oversized windows. With generous living space, it’s ideal for large families or groups of friends.

The apartment features three bedrooms, all newly updated and equipped with Smart TVs:

Great accommodations

I visit Puerto Rico every year and I often travel with a relatively large group of co-workers. This penthouse condo in Loiza is conveniently located and has plenty of space for a group of up to 6. the apartment has all of the necessary things you need for comfort and the resort is well kept and very safe.

Amazing

I traveled with my family a group of six and when I say we were all comfortable the place was very big in size. The pics online do not do justice to the place in person the place was even more beautiful. Well decorated and all the supplies needed to be able to enjoy your stay. The owner Lily was a great host.

Perfect vacation!

We had a fantastic three weeks at Aquatika. The unit felt like someone’s home rather than a basic unit. Our family spent a lot of time in the awesome pools. We also found some amazing nearby beaches which were never crowded. We can highly recommend a nearby restaurant named El Parilla. Fantastic drinks and food! Hats off to our hosts for providing a great place and meeting the needs of the toddler in our family,

Our unit was very clean and refreshing! The owner communicated effectively from start to finish, we could not connect however via the wi-fi after multiple attempts 🙃 I’d highly recommend for any future traveler whose bringing along both small and adolescent aged children. Multiple family oriented activities on ground.

EXCELLENT!

Our family of 7 (5 kids ages 15-24) had a wonderful time at the Penthouse property! We appreciated not staying in the big city so we could experience the true Puerto Rican culture. Each place we visited, the locals were so friendly! Most evenings we spent on the rooftop enjoying the view by the firepit or by playing games. The convenience store located right at the property's entrance was very convenient if we needed to grab a few items. The property was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. Thank you, Lilly, for sharing this gem with us!

Beautiful Penthouse A++

Our group of 2 families with 2 teens had a wonderful stay at Lilly‘s place. The condo was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, had all of the amenities: dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric grill, airfryer, outdoor fireplace, beach chairs, balls, games, etc. The grounds of the complex were immaculately kept, pools we’re all open and great, the private beach was spectacular with warm water and soft sand. The host was very accommodating and had excellent communication, she went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and addressing our party’s request. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Rest, Relaxation and Family Time

This penthouse condo was thoughtfully stocked with minor amenities and decorated in a tranquil, welcoming way, creating a great space for family time. The host provided clear check-in and check-out procedures. They were flexible and accommodated our specific check-in and check-out needs. The property has lots of activities - true to the photos. This is not a five-star resort; however, our condo was well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. The host thought of the little details, such as everything you need for a day at the beach. I recommend a car. It is a gated community, and we felt safe. The grounds staff were helpful and polite. The surrounding area is not a tourist community, so if that is the experience you're looking for, this might not fit you. For our group of eight, this location was a good balance. For more tourist experiences we drove 30 -40 minutes. We had a great time and would definitely book with this host again!
