Beach Oasis Getaway with Ocean View

Summary:
Our beautiful place is located in the magical Isla Verde.

Surrounded by a wonderful community, upscale beach condos and miles of beautiful beach. It is just a few minutes walk from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies and mini-marts.

The condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, AC unit, internet access, and a SmartTV with Netflix for your entertainment in the living room. A big plus is that we have a washer/dryer in the building for our guests to use.

The Space:
Our property features:

A Master bedroom with a Queen sized bed.

The living room has available a full sofa bed, TV and balcony.

Unit space: 496 square feet

The kitchen is open space kitchen, fully equipped with utensils, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

We only provide basic toiletries such as toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, that will be available for you during the stay. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.

Guest Access:
We are very proud of the high standard of security in this condo complex, which makes it one of the top places in the area. The entire building is gated.

- There is (1) parking space per unit.
- The unit is located on a FIFTH FLOOR.
- We have elevator.

There’s many places walking distance from the unit that offer jet-skis; parasailing, stand up paddle boards and surfing lessons. If you like water sports; this is definitely the place to stay.

One of the conveniences we have is a self check in lockbox.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is just 1 min walk to the beach.

Other Things to Note:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required as a protection against any potential damage. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment. Deposit is released within 7 days post-checkout if no damage occurs.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the listing information.
